The beginning of our adventure 

Why should we practice yoga? Cause when we practice yoga, all the asanas and sequences that we do, is like toys to a child. They keep us inspired, making us wanting to grow, they keep us coming back to the mat to get a little more. But the truth is... it's not about asanas, its about what you learn in the process. So, the real benefits about your practice is that you keep bumping into all those things that you can't do, and you have to search in your head how you have to move your body, how to breath properly, how to master your mind to overcome these challenges.

And when we practice, we create this force bubble around us. It doesn't change or take away our problems of every day life but it helps us to respond a bit differently. It's like, it slows it down and gives us time to react properly. This bubble that we create around us, help us to look at things with a little greater clarity. 

And that's all part of the yoga. That's it.

So why should you come practice with me?

Well, to start with... It's fun. You'll get to know your own body, learn about your breath, get connected to your mind. We work a lot on the mobility, flexibility and strength of the whole body. You'll build up the muscles with your bodyweight. Increase your range of motion. Improve your coordination and body awareness.

It's great for your cardiovascular and digestive systems. But most importantly, we are here to enjoy yourselves and have a great time.
